Here’s A Look At an Active Freedom of Information Act Lawsuit Against The US Government In Live Time

Sometimes I wonder why the US Government is so afraid of me? I mean, I applied for Clandestine work with the CIA, openly worked with the CIA on different occasions for various DarkNet operations, sent maybe 5 dozen+ reports to the FBI, worked with countless intelligence contractors and pieces off my old website were read to the US Senate Intelligence Committee. I just don’t get it, how did I become the bad guy all of a sudden?

I mean, is it the fact that I was trained/paid by German intelligence? They are “allies” – right? Is it the fact that I left the country, defected my citizen ship and became a political refugee in the Bahamas? Is it that I’ve been inside the Russian consulate and Visa centers three different times, each – the first time as a political refugee? Is it the fact that I uncovered a Russian staff member secretly working for the US while in there, and then sold them out to the FSB to show my worth? Is it the fact I’ve been in the French consulate twice and embassy once? Is it the fact that I can become a Russian citizen any day I want? Is it the fact that I’ve published about 100 leaks globally in the last 9 months alone? I mean, all of that is totally normal – right? Who hasn’t done that? 🤔

All humor aside for a moment, it literally can’t be any of those things. Well, at least the defecting, refugee stuff and political asylum parts that is – because I did all of that “ex post facto.” Unfortunately, the sad reality of my situation is that the US Government is quite literally spending millions observing me and sabotaging everything I do, chasing me from country to country, state to state, instead of just paying me thousands to work for them in the first place! Makes complete sense – right? I guess that would just be too simple a solution for them. But what do I know?

Well, after more than a year and a half now, with no end in site, I decided to begin the process of filling a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the US National Security Agency (NSA) earlier this year. Of course, this began with a simple FOIA request which was expectedly denied – see below – and is currently in the appeals process. Once that appeal gets denied a second time, as I’m certain it will, I will then file a FOIA lawsuit to one up the request and put some more heat on them. Please note that I’ve redacted some of my own personal statements to the NSA in the copies of their response provided below.

Any of this sounding familiar to you? Sort of sounds like Tom Cruise’s “Rogue Nation Mission Impossible” spin-off perhaps? 😂 I swear, you really can’t make this stuff up!

Once again however, all humor aside, this is actually a very serious matter. I bring all of that up because you have to read between the lines here. If the technology or program didn’t exist in the first place, they would’ve just flat out denied everything outright and probably try and ship me to a psych ward for 32 days – oh wait! The fact that they can neither “confirm nor deny” the existence of the program/technology and can not “confirm nor deny” any of the people(s) targeted by it is actually a defacto admission that the program does exist – which I already know. They just use classification guidelines to hide their violations of article’s 4 and 8 of the US Constitution from the public’s eye. I know, such Patriots – right? 😏

Quite frankly, I don’t care if it all fails. I just want to share intelligence with the world/US, and show people the truth about things they may not have ever been aware of or heard of before – funded by their own tax dollars. After-all, even I know there is a reason the Government is doing this to me, my mind is a weapon and I pledge my allegiance to no one! This country was just to stupid to hire me.

🎆Merry 4th of July America! Damn Those British Sons of Bitches!!🎆

xS1lenc3d of Iznaye Dumps +70,000 Customer Emails Online Following Attack on The Forums of Peugot France

Earlier today, May 1st 2019, a hacker going by the name of “xS1lenc3d” () of the international hacking group referring to themselves as “Iznaye” () released a massive leak of customer email addresses attached to the forums of Peugeot France – a French based automotive manufacturing company. The leak is significant, allegedly exposing over 70,000 customer emails spanning almost a decade. The leak itself comes in the form of multiple individual Microsoft Excel files, dating between March 18th 2010 to November 5th 2018 – again, encompassing over 70,000 individuals.

xS1lenc3d is said to have carried out the attack in solidarity with the Yellow Vest protesters of France. More specifically, in a message attacked to the release, xS1lenc3d stated:

The French people are rising against to protest in France, fighting for their rights and freedoms. Mr. Macron seems to the President of ALL the French People.

If you do not want these demonstrations to turn into a Revolution, listen to them, listen to us. Take care of these revolts, those people who do not even have enough money to feed themselves. These people are victims of this society so unfair and unequal. I will tell you, Mr. President, you are not able to run a country like France.

We will not submit,
We will continue to fight,
Until the last drop of blood.

Declassified Documents from CIA Reveal US Political Interference South America Throughout The Cold War

So, this article is going to be a little bit difficult to piece together and involves a lot of information you were never technically supposed to see, but now can. This is because, for those of you whom might not have been aware, the US intelligence community just finished wrapping up a declassified document dump 3 years in the making last Friday – April 12th 2019. Officially entitled the “Argentina Declassification Project” and originally ordered by Barack Obama in 2016, the now browse-able archive is home to literally tens of thousands of declassified documents centering around Argentina and Argentinian history – including up on through the end of WW2 and into the Cold War.

However, what makes these documents particularly unique, and just as equally controversial, are direct references to operations carried out by the US Central Intelligence Agency, US military and our allies abroad – including France and England. What I mean to say is that the documents almost accidentally reveal/outline US War strategy throughout the course of the Cold War, and chronicle top-secret CIA missions that no one has ever heard or seen of before – because these documents have remained classified for the better part of the last 5 decades! In a weird way, the documents released last week almost throw the US and some of our closest allies completely under the bus – something I don’t believe was Obama’s original intention – or maybe perhaps it was? 🤔

Browse Full Archive – Argentina Declassification Project: https://www.intel.gov/argentina-declassification-project/records

Interestingly enough, in 2016 President Obama initially referred to the directive to release these documents as a “humanitiarian gesture” extended towards Argentina, hoping to expose and/or shine light on human rights violations which have crippled the country/region throughout the past. Taking a look at these documents first hand here today, in retrospect, while Obama wasn’t necessarily wrong in his inclinations, he may have wildly under-estimated what would be revealed or how bad it would make the US and CIA look. But then again, maybe Obama did know all along, and this is exactly why he ordered the release – who knows, really?

I bring this up because what appears to be catching the eyes/attention of some of my fellow “comrades” are details surrounding something referred to as”Operation Condor” – a delf describeda cooperative effort by the intelligence/security services of several South American countries to combat terrorism and subversion,” spearheaded by US intelligence with help from our counterparts in “France, United Kingdom, Western Germany, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Learn More – Operation Condor from CIA Reading Room: https://www.cia.gov/library/readingroom/search/site/%22Operation%20Condor%22

As you can read for yourself within the newly declassified document below, and as was explained in more detail by Chilean reporter Whitney Webb, “Operation Condor was a plan by the CIA that targeted leftists, suspected leftists and their “sympathizers” and resulted in the forced disappearances, torture and brutal murders of an estimated 60,000 people, as well as the political imprisonment of around half a million people. Around half of the estimated murders occurred in Argentina.” However, what caught my attention was the CIA’s use of the term “Psychological Warfare” to describe what they were attempting to do in South America as a means of subverting their enemies. This is because I have previously covered the US Governments use of psychological warfare as a means of combating Russia under Donald Trump.

Regardless, Web then goes on to explain how “several other documents in the recent release discuss a decision made by Condor member countries in May 1976 to train and send a military unit to “conduct physical attacks” against left-wing Latin American exiles and their supporters in France, in what was codenamed “Teseo.” Adding that “several Condor countries, aside from Brazil and Bolivia, were eager to participate and the training of the “Teseo” unit did occur, though the CIA was apparently unaware whether the unit was actually sent to France.” However, further research by Rogue Media Labs confirms the movements of these very operations in and around Europe – as you can see from the FOIA CIA reading room documents provided below, a resource I do not believe Web had access to at the time.

Unfortunately, I really wish it ended there, but it does not. As Webb goes on to explain, sponsored by the US Military, Central Intelligence Agency and their counterparts in Europe, Operation Condor ultimately went on to overthrow and installed new Governments in 6 South American countries throughout the course of the 1970’s – in Chile, Brasil, Uraguay, Bolivia, Ecuador and Argentina, forever altering history.

A separate report published by The Guardian on April 15th 2019 called Operation Condora secret programme in which the dictatorships of Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador conspired to kidnap and assassinate members of leftwing guerrilla groups in each other’s territories” – implying that all those killed or imprisoned were all terrorists, militant members or enemies of the state. However, as The Guardian also points out, “many — and one could convincingly argue the majority — of those killed, tortured and imprisoned were not members of guerilla groups, as there are thousands of documented cases of college students, musicians, writers, journalists, priests and nuns, pregnant women, teachers, indigenous leaders, union members and others who were subject to the extreme prejudice of Operation Condor despite not being combatants in any capacity.

According some reports, as many as 60,000 people were killed and/or assassinated as a result of these very operations – nearly half of which came from Argentina alone. Once again, as was previously stated in the lead to this article, President Obama released these documents as a favor to Argentina to help them understand their past and the human rights violations which have occurred their throughout their checkered past – though it is anyone guess how aware Obama was at the time of just how great/large of a role the United States actually played in those same human rights violations. I guess that is what you call “irony.

Regardless, thanks to multiple document dumps released by the CIA and US Intelligence community over the course last two years, together with some good ole fashion research, even though we already kind of knew these sorts of things happen, it’s just a little weird/eerie to see literal proof of it all – showcasing the very documents/treaties/back-room agreements we drafted and signed to pull it all off. Imagine if this information was made public at the time? How different would our world look today? Now that they are all out in the open for the world to see, how pissed off do you think people will be? How much will these sorts of documents influence future US relations? Your guess is as good as mine.

Lastly, when I look around at the world today, I see the US active in “regime change” in Syria, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Egypt and North Korea throughout the course of the 21st century. Moreover, we have carried out these operations/War efforts in the name of “terrorism” – quite literally fighting a “War On Terror.” Looking back at CIA documents from the 1970’s and seeing the same terminology of “terrorism” and “regime change” frightens me, quite frankly, and makes me feel a whole lot less proud to be an American as I sit here today. I just cant help but wonder, when will the US’s luck run out? The proof is on the table, we have meddled in the affairs of and seemingly overthrown half the worlds leaders just to suit our own political interests. Surely it is only a matter of time before all our “interference” and “meddling” in other countries political affairs will come back to haunt us – right Russia?

The Yemen Papers: Classified Military Documents from French MoD Published Online

Earlier this morning, April 15th 2019, a non-Governmental Organization (NGO) going by the name of Disclose released a small cache of classified military documents outlining the French Governments role in the Yemen Civil War and the tragedy currently unfolding there. Officially entitled “The Yemen Papers” and comprising of 15 pages of classified material, the leaked documents outline France’s role in providing weapons and munitions to Saudi Forces and the United Arab Emirates for use in Yemen, whom have then turned around and used these weapons in countless War Crimes in the country.

In addition to publishing the documents, which have been consolidated and reloaded through this site to be accessible/browse-able to the public, Disclose has also set up an interactive website called “Made-In-France” to give readers more perspective on the leaked documents and the circumstances surrounding them – including the documentation of War Crimes carried out in and around the country over the course of the last several years. Both the website and leaks are world class, so I have made accessing them easy – see the information directly below.

As was previously explained by Julian Assange in 2017, following the release of other classified documents known as The Yemen Files, “Yemen is of significant strategic interest as Yemen controls a narrow choke-point to the Red Sea and the Suez Canal through which 11% of the world’s petroleum passes each day. In addition, Yemen borders Saudi Arabia (to the north) and Oman (to the east) and has access to the Arabian Sea, through which another 20% of the world’s petroleum passes from the Strait of Hormuz (including the oil of Saudi Arabia and Iran). Saudi Arabia seeks to control a port in Yemen to avoid the potential constriction of its oil shipments by by Iran along the Strait of Hormuz or by countries which can control its other oil shipment path along the Red Sea.

Adding that “the Yemen Files offer documentary evidence of the US arming, training and funding of Yemeni forces in the years building up to the war. The documents reveal, among other things, procurement of many different weapon types: aircraft, vessels, vehicles, proposals for maritime border security control and Yemeni procurement of US biometric systems.” Similarly, the documents released today outline the true extent to which France has gone about arming different militant groups/factions currently fighting in the Yemen Civil War.

As was also reported by Amnesty International earlier today,

“These leaked documents provide clear evidence that French military equipment supplied to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is being widely used in the conflict in Yemen. Despite overwhelming evidence, Western arms supplied to the Saudi Arabia and UAE-led Coalition are being used to commit or facilitate possible war crimes and other serious violations of international humanitarian law in Yemen, states such as France have shamelessly flouted their international obligations by continuing to supply arms to Saudi Arabia and the UAE in violation of the Arms Trade Treaty.

Amnesty International’s repeated calls on the French Ministry of Defence to be transparent about French arms transfers since the conflict began have fallen on deaf ears. The information made public today should spur the French government to immediately suspend all arms transfers that could be used by any of the warring parties in Yemen – once and for all.”

Amnesty International has previously published an investigative report entitled “When Arms Go Astray,” outlining the destruction caused by US and European weapons shipments into Yemen at the hands of UAE and Saudi forces.

As Amnesty International is also quick to point out, more than a quarter of a million people have signed Amnesty International’s petition calling on their governments to immediately stop arms transfers to Saudi Arabia and UAE.

Russian Parliament Moves Ahead w/ Two New Bills Designed To Crack Down On Fake News Publications & Civilian Dissidents

Earlier this week the upper chamber of the Russian parliament approved two bills, each designed to fight the flow of fake news, disinformation and other political propaganda around the country. The laws are similar in many ways to fake news legislation recently passed by various countries around the word over the course of the last year or so, including in France, Iraq, Jordan – et cetera. Also similar to them, critics fear that Russia’s newest legislation constitutes a massive blow to free speech and freedom of the press/journalism.

The first bill, Article 15-3 of the Federal Law “On Information, Information Technologies and on Protection of Information,” prevents citizens from publishing so-called “unreliable news stories” on the Internet – whilst applying the same prohibition to traditional news outlets and other forms of media, both online and off. The bill will also add all sources deemed unreliable to National filtration databases, that will block the sites from the customers of Russian Internet Service Providers (ISP’s). As was also reported by Russia Today, “the bill also stipulates fines for deliberately publishing harmful misinformation measuring from as low as $460 to as much as $23,000 depending on who is fined and how much harm they managed to inflict.

Track Bill Here: http://sozd.duma.gov.ru/bill/606594-7

The second bill amending Federal Law “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection” penalizes people deemed to be using the Internet to disrespect society, the Russian government, state’s officials, symbols of the Russian Federation, Constitution, or any other sources of legal authority – as constituted by the Code of Administrative Offenses. As was reported by Russia Today, “for the dissemination of unreliable information in the media or on the Internet, fines of 3-5 thousand rubles are imposed for citizens and from 400 thousand to one million rubles for companies.” With that said however, lawmakers did specify that the bill won’t apply to criticism in “any form,” rather, that which is just “blatantly insulting.

Anonymous Announces #StopACTA2, an International Call To Action – Protests Scheduled Throughout Europe On March 23rd 2019

Ahead of the European Unions final vote to pass their new Copyright Directive into law in April, Anonymous hacktivists and political activists alike are teaming up together to stage a series of protests across Europe. Planned for March 23rd 2019 and officially entitled “StopACTA 2019,” protests are currently scheduled to be held across 25 countries, including Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Original Release Calling for Protests:

What are They Protesting?

ACTA2 is what we call the Copyright Directive on the digital market. We call it #ACTA2 because it’s not just about helping creators circumvent copyright restrictions, its about the European Unions attempts to use copyright law as a means/excuse of seizing control over the internet – including the information you post and receive from it. The way we see it, the EU’s Copyright Directive is nothing more than the Governments way of financing censorship. We wholeheartedly believe ACTA2 is dangerous, as it will set the precedent allowing the EU to step in an censor the internet throughout the future. The way we see it, ACTA2 is the beginning of the Orwellian world and we mustn’t open the door too allow our Governments to do this, which is why we will be staging these protests on March 23rd.

Article 11

Also known as the #LinkTax, Article 11 is in essence a direct result of corporate lobbying. It gives extra protections/rights to legacy press organizations and media outlets, requiring mutually agreed upon licenses between the publisher and anyone else whom would like to use, share or republish their information. This includes pieces of information as small as SEO snippets, article titles or headlines, summary descriptions and pictures. In essence, many believe that Article 11 spells the death of small time or independent media outlets online.

Article 13

Also known as #UploadFilters the new law dumps the responsibility for posts & comments from the authors who write them to the owners of a website. It offers a tool to help owners of websites better filter their content. However, internet purists fear that this so called “filter” is merely a guise for censorship, restricting the free speech of people on the internet by flagging or blocking users based off specific key words that could be focused around religion, politics, sexuality – et cetera. Activists fear that certain groups of people could be excluded from all conversations in the EU entirely, which sets a dangerous precedent for future abuses or complications.

The Problem Explained In More Detail

Hello World, we are Anonymous

With overshadowing unease we are observing the deformation of copyright coming from the EU parliament. The so-called Article 13, which was unified agreed upon by EU states, Commission and Parlament on the 13th of February, is threatening the freedom of the internet.

The articles 4b and 4c contained in Article 13 could bring birth to the feared upload filter. This would lead to a massive limitation of uploads on media-sharing websites like YouTube, Instagram or Twitter. This includes the use and circulation of Memes.

We already achieved the aversion of a similar problem in 2012, ACTA. We protested on the web as well as in the streets. The final decision regarding Article 13 will be made mid-April 2019. We cannot rest without showing the EU parliament what it means to steal the freedom of the internet.

The loose collective Anonymous won’t be standing still, choosing to drop its cloak of the silent observer. Censorship of the free internet is one step too far. Anonymous will be supporting the protests on the web as well as the marching on the 23rd of March. The coalition ‘Save your Internet’ provides every information on the topic, including dates for demonstrations. There you will find all the representatives with whom you can share your worries about Article 13.

Together we have to be loud! Together we have to fight for the freedom of the internet! Together we have to shelve Article 13! Make the demonstrations on the 23rd of March massive. As we, the internet, are the very last, strong instance to fight for our rights. All important information is found in the description.

We are Anonymous.
We are Legion.
We do not forgive.
We do not forget.
Expect us.

How French Weapons & Political Support Enables Egypt’s Continued Human Rights Violations

(Le Monde) – On January 27, President Emmanuel Macron began his first official visit to Egypt. Relations between the two countries and presidents have never been warmer. Macron has justified France’s support for Egypt, despite the well documented human rights abuses by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi’s government, by saying that France considers Egypt a bulwark against terrorism. Macron has gone as far as to say that “Egypt’s security is France’s security.

In the name of this friendship, France has sold many weapons to Egypt, overtaking the US to become Egypt’s main arms supplier between 2013 and 2017. In 2017 alone, it delivered more than EUR 1.4 billion worth of military and security equipment. France has provided warships, fighter jets, and armored vehicles, while French companies – with the government’s approval – have provided surveillance and crowd control tools. Last December in Cairo, French Defense Minister Florence Parly cut the ribbon with al-Sisi for Egypt’s first arms show.

When Macron has been criticized for his support for al-Sisi, his answerhas been that he wants to be pragmatic and “does not want to lecture” al-Sisi on human rights. But the issue here is not about France lecturing Egypt or a case of naïve activists unaware of the security risks in Egypt. The issue is about France directly enabling abuses and not respecting its own international obligations regulating arms sales, which prohibit arms transfers to countries where there is a substantial risk that they could be used to commit or facilitate serious violations.

The French authorities contend that they have only licensed military equipment as part of the “fight against terrorism” in Egypt and not for law enforcement operations. But as recent reports by Amnesty International and FIDH have demonstrated, French-supplied armored vehicles were used by Egyptian security forces to violently disperse peaceful sit-ins across the country. Amnesty International noted, “French vehicles were not merely assisting the security forces, but were themselves tools of repression, playing a very active role in the crushing of dissent.

Download Full 54 Page Report: https://www.amnesty.org/download/Documents/EUR2190382018ENGLISH.PDF

In response to the criticism, the French government argues that such exports were intended for the Egyptian military, not the police. But France should have monitored the use of weapons and equipment it exported, and there is no evidence that France put a stop to the weapons transfers once it became clear that Egypt had diverted their use.

In addition to its direct support for the military and police, the French government has authorized French companies to sell Egyptian authorities various surveillance systems for intercepting communications and controlling social movements. The Egyptian state’s ever-expanding surveillance has been used to target human rights and labor activists, LGBT people, political activists, and academics. Al-Sisi’s fear of social movements is so deep that in December his government even banned the sale of yellow vests in fear of copycat protests in advance of the anniversary of the 2011 uprising.

Even France’s claims that al-Sisi is essential to the fight against terrorism looks shaky on closer inspection. Egypt is indeed facing a dangerous insurgency by extremist fighters in the northern Sinai Peninsula, a historically marginalized territory. But the way the Egyptian security forces have countered this insurgency has been a textbook case of abuses that have not just violated human rights but alienated large segments of the local population that these actions are supposed to protect.

Egyptian forces carried out unlawful mass destruction of homes and forcible evictions of tens of thousands of residents in northern Sinai with little or no help or temporary accommodation for the people forced out of their homes. Human Rights Watch’s research shows that the Egyptian military and police have carried out widespread arbitrary arrests, enforced disappearances, torture, and extrajudicial killings, in northern Sinai while attempting to conceal these abuses through restrictions on independent reporting. Residents of the area told us that they no longer knew whom to trust. France is happy to whitewash these abuses in the name of the fight against terrorism.

In other parts of Egypt, the situation is not much better. Torture and enforced disappearances occur regularly, and overcrowded prisons with brutal detention conditions are becoming breeding grounds for radicalization, former inmates say. Meanwhile, Egyptian authorities have used the cover of counterterrorism to go after all forms of dissent. Egypt has not only banned the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization, but also secular groups like the April 6 Youth Movement, an activist group that played a key role in the protests organized against Hosni Mubarak in 2011. A March 2018 by the Interior Ministry portrays a threat to Egypt’s security emanating from groups ranging from ISIS to human rights groups, including Human Rights Watch.

By offering unconditional and uncritical support, France has made it harder to get Egypt to revisit its current approach. Despite the government’s massive military efforts, northern Sinai residents hardly feel more secure. Many displaced by the violence in past years have reported losing hope of going back home. According to data compiled by the Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED), the number of armed violent events in Egypt nearly doubled between November and December 2018 due to the escalation of the fighting between Egyptian forces and the Islamic State. According to ACLED, Egypt became the third-most-active country in terms of violence on the African continent in December, after Somalia and Nigeria.

In this context, one wonders who is being naïve in their approach to Egypt. The human rights groups who are documenting an out of control “war on terror” that seems to be creating more enemies by the day or a French government which keeps throwing weapons at a problem that seems to be getting worse? No one is asking President Macron to lecture al-Sisi, but rather to meet his own obligations to respect human rights. France should suspend all sales and provision of security-related items and assistance to Egypt until the government ends serious human rights violations, and Macron’s government should introduce effective end-use monitoring to ensure that France is not complicit in grave crimes.

l’academie de Grenoble Refused To Negotiate, So SHIZEN Dumps SQL Vulnerabilities & Exposed Databases Online

On December 6th 2018, Rogue Media Labs covered an article detailing the hack of two international University’s by a Brasilian based hacker known as “SHIZEN.” However, what made the incident interesting or unique at the time was that SHIZEN did not disclose the databases he had uncovered, or how he went about doing so – something he is regularly known for doing. Instead, he tagged l’academie de Grenoble in the hack, asking them to reach out to him to learn where/how he got into their systems and where their website was vulnerable. Over the course of the last week and a half since, SHIZEN has continued to keep this information to himself, trolling the University on multiple occasions asking them to contact him about the hack – less he release the information in its entirety online. After days with no response, this is exactly what SHIZEN did this morning.

In a data dump released to the public via Ghostbin this morning, December 15th 2016, SHIZEN released the contents of the databases exposed in the December 6th hack, explaining how he was able to breach l’academie de Grenobles’s website through an SQL vulnerability tied to the academy’s math department. More specifically, SHIZEN was able to hack php version 5.3.3 files belonging to an extremely outdated MySQL database attached to a nginx web server. In fact, the MySQL database was so outdated that it’s version wasn’t even readably identifiable.

UK’s Integrity Initiative Directed by Christopher Donnelly, Funded by Institute for Statecraft, Leaked Documents Show

Last night members of Anonymous CyberGuerrilla published a new batch of leaked files and documents from inside the UK’s hybrid warfare project/programme known as the “Integrity Initiative,” shedding light into the mysterious firm financing it called the “Institute for Statecraft.” Among the dozens of leaked files found below, includes information on the Integrity Initiatives leader, Christopher Donnelly, whom also happens to be a special adviser to the House of Commons Defense Committee inside England, as well as various ‘initiatives’ undertaken by the Institute for Statecraft across various European and Eastern European countries over the years. In part, the documents explain how the Institute for Statecraft pushed support on behalf of the Catalonia riots of 2017 and attempted to launch an aggressive media campaign to incite Ukrainians to fight back against Russia’s annexation of Crimea in 2014 – among many other interesting topics.

In a press release attached to the leak, Anonymous CyberGuerrilla states that:

“Well-coordinated efforts of the Anonymous from all over the world have forced the UK politicians to react to the unacceptable and in fact illegal activity of the British government that uses public money to carry out misinformation campaigns not only in the EU, US and Canada but in the UK as well, in particular campaigns against the Labour party. The Integrity Initiative is now under first official investigation. We promise to give close scrutiny to the investigation that we believe should be conducted honestly, openly and absolutely transparently for the society, rather than become an internal and confidential case of the Foreign Office.

To show our expertise in the investigation as well as to warn the UK government that they must not even try to put it all down to the activity of some charity foundations and public organizations we reveal a part of documents unveiling the true face of The Institute for Statecraft and some information about its leadership.

Indeed, the Integrity Initiative receives its financing from The Institute for Statecraft, a company that very few knew about up until recently. Here is the information that you can get from its official website: its programme has not been updated since late 2017, no data on its employees, no contacts whatsoever, not even an official e-mail, while the source code of its online publications suggests automated uploads of the contents. And here are the documents about The Institute for Statecraft and the Integrity Initiative that we are ready to share with you:”

As a Special Adviser on the House of Commons Defence Committee Donnelly triggered an investigation of the Russian threat and lobbied for the following Integrity Initiative cluster members and employees of the Institute for Statecraft to be included as witnesses: James Sherr, Dr Bobo Lo, Peter Pomerantsev, Dr Victor Madeira, John Lough, Ben Nimmo, Keir Giles, Igor Sutyagin, Andrew Monaghan, Ben Nimmo, Françoise Thom, Lilia Shevtsova, Glen Grant, Davi Clark. Of course, he was there as well.

Taking advantage of his administrative position, Donnelly lobbied the House of Commons Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee for an inquiry into Russia’s interference in the Catalan referendum. He invited members of the Integrity Initiative Spain cluster Francisco de Borja Lasheras and Mira Milosevich-Juaristi. At that moment they were receiving funds from the Foreign Office, i.e. the UK intelligence paid its own agents for fake proof of Russia’s interference in the Catalan referendum and later told them to lie to the Parliament to convince it to take anti-Russian steps.

It is also in public domain: http://data.parliament.uk/writtenevidence/committeeevidence.svc/evidencedocument/digital-culture-media-and-sport-committee/disinformation-and-fake-news/oral/74926.html

Donnelly invited officers of Ukrainian special services to the UK. Everything was financed by the MoD:

Josephine Willows, a senior specialist on the House of Commons Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee, for some reason had to reconcile the final speech of the Committee chairman with Christopher Donnelly: https://parliamentlive.tv/Event/Index/e88c1024-f637-4191-8f29-61d63801f5a6

Bear in mind that we are talking about the director of a public organization and not about a high-ranking officer of the British intelligence. This is only a part of the documents that we have on Christopher Donnelly. If the investigation into the Integrity Initiative’s illegal activity in the UK turns out to be nothing more than a farce, we will publish more documents proving close connections between Donnelly and UK secret services which he often employs to mislead MPs and bring his agents to meetings of various committees in the House of Commons.

As the scandal in the UK is gaining momentum, it is ever so striking that European leaders and official representatives remain so calm about the Integrity Initiative’s activity in their countries. We remind you that covert clusters made up for political and financial manipulation and controlled by the UK secret services are carrying out London’s secret missions and interfering in domestic affairs of sovereign states right in front of you.

This is another part of documents that we have on the Integrity Initiative. We do not change the goals of this operation. When we return with the next portion of revelations, names and facts depends on how seriously the UK and EU leaders take our intentions this time.

We are Anonymous.

We are legion.

We do not forgive.

We do not forget.

Expect us.

Online Activists Begin Spreading Around #OpFrance Care Package 2018

In response to the recent wave of protestors taking to the streets in participation with the #YellowVest movement and in support for those partaking in #GiletesJaunes online, similar in nature to the #OpISIS care package of 2016, online activists working in coordination with Anonymous have begun circulating an #OpFrance care package throughout the course of this week. Found below, the care package instructs internet users how to keep a safe, secure and private identity online, along with instructions on how to go about doing so.

The care package itself is rather straight forward in nature, but in its spirit I too will release some more information on how to secure yourself online.

Hundreds of French Police Officers Doxxed by Anonymous In Retaliation for Crimes/Brutality Against Protesters This Weekend

** WARNING: This article contains graphic content that may be offensive to some Sheeple **

In retaliation for the brutality and crimes of at least SOME police officers in France this weekend, in conjunction with #OpFrance, members of the Anonymous Hacker Collective have managed to hack various databases affiliated with French national police force, leaking sensitive information online. The hack was announced by self proclaimed “Anarchists” working for a new group calling themselves the “Anonymous Anarchist Agency,” whom somehow managed to obtain the identities of hundreds of police officers. In the leak/doxx provided below, you can find the email address, phone number, name and titles of hundreds of police officers across France.

In a message to the international public, the Anonymous Anarchist Agency stated:

NO JUSTICE NO PEACE

The logic of state and capitolof punishment and imprisonment must be replaced by a rejection of oppression and exploitation. This call is one step in that direction. We come together to break the loneliness and isolation. Offensive solidarity with our comrades who face repression in France and other regions around the Earth. The memory of our comrades is fuel to stoke the flames of our lives in permanent revolt.

Salut

San Jose State University Hacked, French National Police/DynDNS/Internet Brasil Downed by Shizen

This past weekend SHIZEN of the Brasilian based hacking group Pryzraky was active in a string of international incidents. The first hack targeted San Jose State University in California – USA, the second targeted French National Police and DynDNS, also located in France, and the third targeted Internet Brasil – all via Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.

In a statements online, SHIZEN explained how he was able to target San Jose State University through an SQL vulnerability tied to the sites back end – though he opted to keep the specific URL effected private from the public. Using it, SHIZEN managed to exploit a My SQL version 4.1 database attached to an Oracle iPlantet 7.1 web server, exposing approximately 42 databases attached to/affiliated with the website. SHIZEN officially labeled the hack #OpEdu, a new global hacking operation targeting international universities and educational institutions unveiled to the public for the first time just last week.

In support of the French National protests and in support of #OpFrance, an Anonymous operation designed to take down/hack websites associated with the French Government and French banking institutions, SHIZEN‘s second round of attacks Saturday night targeted various networks around France. The first DoS attack target French National Police, managing to take their website offline for at least the better part of the day. In fact, at the time of this article, December 9th 2018 20:00, the website still remains inaccessible to the international public. The second attack targeted an OVH server tied to DynDNC France, managing to take it offline for a few hours. Lastly, the last DoS attack took down the website affiliated with Internet Brasil, a Brasilian based telecommunications firm.
